We set out to build what didn’t exist: a kosher meal prep brand designed from day one to support a healthy lifestyle, especially when life is busy.

Manna started with a simple problem.

In the kosher world, healthy eating and real convenience rarely come together. Too often, people are left choosing between cooking everything themselves or relying on frozen meals and overpriced takeout that don’t truly support the way they want to live.

Manna was built to change that.

Eitan Amar

Founder CEO

Eitan Amar founded Manna with a vision to modernize kosher food for the way people live today.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Toronto, where he studied human movement, fitness, and nutrition, and later earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, one of Canada’s leading business schools.

Following his studies, Eitan spent time learning in Yeshiva, an experience that deepened his connection to his values, community, and the importance of living a kosher lifestyle.

Combining his background in health, business, and community life, along with growing up in a family deeply rooted in food and hospitality, Eitan set out to build Manna: a modern kosher food company designed to make eating well easier, more convenient, and more accessible.

Founder

Raphy Amar is one of the most respected names in kosher catering, with more than 40 years of experience serving communities across Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, and beyond.

Over decades in the industry, Raphy has built a reputation for exceptional food, hospitality, and uncompromising kosher standards. His team has catered thousands of weddings, celebrations, and large-scale events, earning the trust of generations of families and organizations.

His lifelong dedication to quality, consistency, and culinary excellence laid the foundation for what Manna represents today.

Through Manna, that legacy continues — bringing the same standards of care and craftsmanship from the world of catering into everyday meals.
